Feedback on Communication and Setup

When I first contacted Mygardencare about setting up a small rose bed in my backyard, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had read a few guides online, but the soil in my area is heavy clay and I needed someone who understood local conditions, not just generic advice.

The initial call was straightforward. We discussed the space, the amount of sunlight, and the drainage issues I had noticed after the last rain. Instead of a long list of products, they asked about my compost pile and whether I had considered amending the soil with leaf mould before planting. A month later, the roses are putting out new growth and the hydrangea has settled in without any transplant shock. I'm already planning a second bed for next spring, and I'll be calling them again.
